Our brains can’t tell the difference between imagination and reality 
It’s true! You know how you may be scared by a horror film or cry at a sad soap? 
Well that’s because your brain believes it’s real! 
This means that what we tell ourselves is really important and can make a huge difference to our mental health! 
Try it out if you like…. 
Get up in the morning and tell yourself, it’s going to be a good day! Make a conscious decision to do so. 
Look around you and find 3 things you are grateful for! (They will be there, dig deep) 
You are now starting to create new neurones in your brain and changing your mindset 😊 
And most importantly, talk to yourself, like you would talk to someone you love ❤️ 
You deserve it 
You are worth it 💕
