Symptoms of Menopause 

Symptoms of peri menopause and menopause can be upsetting and difficult to manage, it can be easy to feel that you have lost sight of the real you! 
Feelings of anxiety, depression, loss of energy and difficulty concentrating as well as the better recognized hot flushes and night sweats are much more widely talked about now, than they ever were before. This, of course, is great news for women going through these sometimes distressing or awkward symptoms, however it doesn’t solve them, does it? 
It is worth remembering that men can go through menopause too!
